PILAFI (GREEK) CHICKEN & RICE 
1 c. lemon juice
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
Chicken
Salt & pepper

In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, salt and pepper and chopped onion. In a large frying pan, fry pieces of chicken with 1 stick butter. After it has completely fried, put chicken in a large deep cooking pot.

In frying pan, which was used for chicken, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon allspice. Brown with chopped onion. After onions are browned, add tomato paste and lemon juice mixture. Bring to boil, pour juice mixture over chicken and cook until chicken is tender.

Pour juice from chicken into another pan leaving some juice on chicken. Cook 1 pound of UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice in juicy. Serve.
