HAM BALLS WITH MAPLE SYRUP | |
3/4 lbs. ground ham 3/4 lbs. ground pork 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 c. maple syrup Combine all but the syrup, form into large balls. Pour syrup over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once. Makes approximately 10 balls. |
