SAWDUST SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save 1 c. juice)
3 or 4 bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. boxes strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. bowl Cool Whip
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 egg

Spread drained pineapple on bottom of glass dish or 9x13-inch pan. Spread a layer of sliced bananas on top of pineapple. Then a layer of marshmallows. make Jello as directions on box and pour over fruit and marshmallow. Let chill.

Pour juice into saucepan. Mix in egg, milk and flour. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture thickens as a pudding. Let cool and spread over jelled dish. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and spread over pudding. Spread nuts on top.
