POTATO CASSEROLE 
20 oz. hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mushrooms or cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cram
2 c. grated cheese

Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with mixture of 2 cups crushed Cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
