CREAMY WALDORF SALAD 
2 to 3 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 (18 oz.) can ready to serve vanilla pudding or (4 sm. cans)
2 med. apples
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. walnuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water, stir in cold water. Chill until partially set. In mixer bowl combine chilled Jello and pudding, beat 2 minutes. Chill, stir in celery and nuts. Do not use cooked or instant pudding, it will not set.
