FANTASTIC FRUIT SALAD 
1 med. can pineapple tidbits
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, cut up
1 (29 oz.) can pears, cut up
1 can mandarin oranges
2 apples, sliced
1 c. halved red grapes
2 or 3 sliced bananas
Blueberries or any fruit in season

Drain all fruits very well.

1 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla or plain vanilla pudding (cook & serve)
1 c. juice from drained pineapple

Cook juice and pudding until transparent. Pour over fruit while quite warm. Will keep several days in refrigerator. Serves 15 to 18. Best to add bananas just before serving. (1/2 cup nuts, optional).
