TURKEY GUMBO SOUP 
3 c. turkey broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. diced, cooked turkey

Heat broth to boiling. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly, 15 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
