CHEESECAKE SUITABLE FOR
VEGETARIANS
 
TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. whipping cream
6 oz. fruity thick yogurt

BASE:

2 oz. butter
8 oz. graham crackers
Optional: extra fresh fruit for decoration

1. For base - crush graham crackers and melt butter. Mix crushed crackers in butter. Place in 8 inch pie pan and chill.

2. For topping - whip cream until stiff and stands in peaks. Cream yogurt and cheese together. Add whipped cream and mix until smooth. Place over base. Optional decoration - fresh fruit sliced on top.
