2 tbsp. soap flakes
1/3 c. instant starch
1/2 c. cool water

Beat soap flakes and water until it forms stiff peaks. Beat in the instant starch. Apply the "snow" to dried branches, artificial greens or pine cones using a paint brush. Use your imagination to create winter decorations of all kinds.
