MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. wheat germ or bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cans water
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 - 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix together ingredients for meat balls and shape into balls. Brown under broiler, turning once.

Heat sauce ingredients over medium heat until bubbly. Add meatballs and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
