MEAT BALLS EXOTIC 
1 lb. ground meat
3/4 c. minced celery
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 eggs, beaten lightly

Mix above ingredients, form into small balls, roll in corn starch and fry in salad oil. Serve on fluffy rice.

SAUCE:

1 c. chicken bouillon (2 cubes, 1 c. water)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple
