EXOTIC TURKEY SALAD 
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped chutney
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 qt. diced cooked turkey (1 lg. turkey breast)
1 c. sliced celery
2 c. seedless grapes
6 fresh or canned pineapple slices
Greens
1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts

Saute curry powder in butter a few minutes to mellow flavors. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney and lemon juice. Blend in curry. Mix turkey, celery, grapes and dressing together in a bowl. Arrange greens on a large platter or individual plates. Place pineapple slices on greens. Spoon a mound of salad on each pineapple ring. Sprinkle with nuts. Makes 6 servings.
