CHICKEN DIABLE 
1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt

Wash chicken pieces; pat dry, remove skin if you wish. Melt butter in a shallow baking pan; stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in butter mixture to coat both sides. Arrange chicken, meaty side up, in a single layer in the same pan. Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed.
