4 chicken breasts
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Rinse and dry chicken. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken in mix to coat both sides. Arrange meaty side up in a single layer. Baste at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Baste periodically. Serve with rice.
