BAKED SWEET POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. fresh sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Boil potatoes until tender and mash. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Place in buttered 8 inch square pan.

TOPPING: Mix brown sugar and melted butter. Pour over potatoes. Top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
