BAKED SWEET POTATOES 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (or one lg. can, drained)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. cinnamon

Mix all and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar

Melt butter and brown sugar together. Add corn flakes and pecans. Pour over hot potatoes and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
