SWEET POTATO BAKE | |
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. milk Pecan topping Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into 2 quart dish. Cover with pecan topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. PECAN TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 2 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture before baking. |
