FROZEN STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
3 c. berries (fresh, washed)
3 c. sugar
1 pkg. Pectin
1 c. water

Mix berries and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes. Mix pectin and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Pour over berries and mix well. Let stand 24 hours. Fill containers and freeze. Be sure to chill before freezing.
