SIMPLE STRAWBERRY PRESERVES
COOKED IN MICROWAVES
 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
3 tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place strawberries in 2 quart casserole. Cook in Radarange Oven on full power for 2 minutes.

Stir in powdered fruit pectin. Cook in Radarange Oven on full power for about 2 minutes, or until few bubbles surface.

Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Cook in Radarange oven on full power for 6 minutes. Stir 2 to 3 times during cooking time. Pour into glass jars. Cover and refrigerate.

MICRO-TIP: If sealed with paraffin, jars may be stored in the freezer for use when needed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
