TOMATO-FETA CHEESE SALAD 
4 lg. ripe (summer) tomatoes cut into cubes
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/3 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic minced

Mix last 6 ingredients in a large bowl. When smooth, gently mix in tomatoes and feta cheese.

You need to make this and refrigerate it several hours before serving. It allows all the ingredients to blend. I added 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil, 2/3 cup black olives, cracked pepper and a little less garlic than recipe called for. Served it for dinner guest and they loved it! Very colorful dish, must use really ripe tomatoes but not mushy. This will become a family favorite.
