TOMATOES AND FETA CHEESE 
6 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 tbsp. sliced green olives
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh marjoram, chopped
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/4 lb. feta cheese

Place tomatoes and olives in serving bowl. Combine oil, marjoram, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Pour over tomatoes and mix gently. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
