COLORFUL LAYERED SALAD | |
1 can cut green beans 1 can whole kernel corn 1 pkg. alfalfa sprouts 1 jar pimentos 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar 1/2 c. vegetable or corn oil 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Mix last ingredients with a whisk. Add drained pimentos to dressing. For best results, rinse corn and green beans before using. Layer vegetables in a glass bowl. Pour dressing over salad evenly. Yields: 8 servings. |
