COCOA FUDGE FROSTING 
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar (3/4 lb.)
1/2 c. milk (more or less)

Melt butter in glass bowl. Add cocoa and vanilla; stir. Add 1/4 cup of the milk; stir. Add powdered sugar. Add remaining milk a little at a time to reach desired spreading consistency. Add more milk or sugar to adjust consistency. Great on brownies, chocolate, yellow or chocolate chip cake mixes! (Put tiny chips in yellow cake mix, yummy.)
