LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 c. Minute rice
2 cans Mexi-corn, drained
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 can water
1 1/2 c. cheese
1/2 lb. bacon

Layer above ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Use raw ground beef, crumbled and seasoned with salt and pepper. Top with grated sharp Cheddar cheese and bacon slices.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered and 1/2 hour additional time, uncovered. Serves 6.
