PASTA SALAD 
SALAD:

1 pkg. colored corkscrew pasta, cooked al dente
3 c. cooked turkey, chicken or crab (or imitation crab)
3 c. broccoli flowerets, cooked 5 minutes in salted water, drained
2 c. diced tomatoes (optional)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper

Cut turkey, chicken or crab into bite-sized pieces.

DRESSING:

4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 c. Zesty Italian dressing
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients except Parmesan cheese and pour over. Toss. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again. Chill before serving.

Serves 12.
