ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SALAD 
12 oz. linguini noodles
1 med. zucchini, washed and peeled
1 sm. bunch broccoli
2 scallions, chopped
Vinegar and oil
1/2 can pitted black olives
Cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 env. salad dressing mix

Cook noodles; drain and rinse. Toss lightly with dressing. Cut vegetables and toss with the noodles. Mix in cheese. If you make this ahead of the meal, stir before serving.
