CORN PIE 
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can (7 oz.) Calif. green chilies, diced
1 can (1 lb.) cream style corn
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar; mix in eggs, one at a time. Add chilies, corn and cheese. Sift flour then measure, sift cornmeal and measure; sift both together with baking powder and salt. Then add to corn mixture, mix well. Pour into greased and floured 8 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Put in oven, reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
