REFRESHING ORANGE - POPPY SEED
CAKE
 
1 yellow cake mix (with pudding in mix)
Grated orange peel, fresh or dry
1/2 orange juice
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Mix cake according to directions on package, use 1/2 orange milk and 1/2 milk instead of all milk. Mix in orange peel and poppy seeds. Bake per package directions or until toothpick comes out clean. Glaze when cool.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Enough orange juice to make thin glaze
1 tbsp. orange peel, grated
