BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
2 pkgs. dried beef
1 med. onion, chopped very fine

Dried beef and onions may be chopped in blender and drain off water. Mix chopped beef with 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix all with cream cheese and stir until well blended with hands. Pat out in 2 balls. Serve with crackers as you would with cheese balls. This may be wrapped in foil to freeze.
