BEEF CHEESE BALL 
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. milk or cream
1 sm. pkg. dried beef
Parsley

Mix all ingredients but the beef and parsley with beater. Chop the dried beef fine by either blending in a blender or chopping finely by hand. Then add 1/2 the dried beef to the cheese and mix well. Set in refrigerator until chilled, remove and form into a ball; roll in remaining dried beef and sprinkle parsley over the ball.
