1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. Henries dressing
1/4 c. olives, chopped
2 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 c. pecans, crushed
4 oz. dried beef, shredded

Combine the cheese, dressing, olives, and onion. Roll into ball and roll into pecans and dried beef mixture. Serve with assorted crackers.
