MASHED YAMS 
3-4 lg. yams
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. canned milk (not sweetened)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake yams until soft. Peel and mash pulp. Add sugar, eggs, milk and spices. Stir together well. Add topping and bake.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. melted butter

Crumble topping over top.
