MOM'S GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomatoes
1 c. elbow macaroni
Salt to taste

Cook macaroni. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain fat. Add green pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, salt and macaroni. Simmer for 30 minutes.
