POTLUCK GOULASH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, sliced
28 oz. can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. macaroni
2 tsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Brown meat and drain off fat. In a large kettle, add all of the ingredients together. Bring all to a cooking boil and let cook for 1/2 hour. Add macaroni and cook until macaroni is tender. Serve with hot corn bread.

I've made this a few times and each time it's been great! I didn't use the green pepper and combined ground beef and ground sausage. Once I didn't have the chili sauce and added red pepper flakes instead. Still good.
