BEEF BRISKET IN A CROCKPOT 
1 lg. beef brisket
2 env. Lipton onion soup
6 - 10 gingersnaps
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
Variety of vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onions

Salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder the brisket on both sides. Put onion soup into the crockpot. Put brisket on top. Cover with 2 cups water. Add gingersnaps in watery portion. Cover top of brisket with chili sauce. Add chopped vegetables of your choice. Cook on low 3 - 4 hours, or until meat is done.
