BEEF BRISKET 
1 beef brisket

SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz chili sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can Coke classic

Score fat on brisket. Put meat in roaster. Cover with sauce. Put cover on roaster. Roast at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours until fork tender. Remove fat, slice thin and serve with sauce.
