SPAGHETTI WITH ITALIAN
FISHERMAN'S SAUCE
 
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 (26 oz.) jars Classico di Sicilia pasta sauce
2 c. sliced zucchini
1-1 1/2 lbs. raw shrimp
1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti

In large kettle cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add pasta sauce and zucchini. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add shrimp (fresh or frozen, peeled and deveined); cover and simmer 8 minutes or until tender. Stir. Serve over spaghetti, cooked and drained, with Parmesan cheese. Yield: 6-8 servings.
