SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. spinach
2 c. herbal seasoned stuffing crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook, drain and squeeze dry spinach. Mix all together. Form into balls. Freeze on greased cookie sheet. Place into plastic bag. Keep frozen. Bake later 15-20 minutes in 350 oven. Makes 60.
