POTATO BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 sm. potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Cook, drain and mash potatoes with milk and butter. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes. Put into non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot. Serves 4.
