PORK ROAST AND DUMPLINGS 
Bake pork roast until done; remove from pan. Add 3 or 4 cups of water to juice in pan. Bring to a boil.

DUMPLINGS:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

Add 1 cup milk; mix and let it sit for 5 minutes. Drop spoonfuls into boiling meat juice; cover and boil for 20 minutes. (Do not remove cover until done.)
