“THAI COCONUT ICED TEA” IS IN:

THAI COCONUT ICED TEA 
2 bags jasmine or other tea with fruity overtones
2 cups boiling water
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp. honey
2 lemon wedges

Scrub lemon and cut into wedges.

Brew tea by pouring boiling water over tea bags; let sit for 3 minutes undisturbed (or follow package directions). Discard tea bags. Stir in honey and coconut. Cool to room temperature. Serve over cracked ice with a squeeze of lemon.

This tea may also be served hot.

Makes 2 servings.
