AMISH CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
2 c. sugar

Cream together the above.

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Ice while cake is warm.
