PINEAPPLE LIME MOLD 
1 1/2 c. cold water
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts or shredded lettuce (optional)

Bring 1 cup water to boil. Stir in Jello and dissolve. Add remaining water and juice. Mix Jello and cream cheese in blender. Chill until thickened. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and nuts.
