CHIP BEEF/CHEDDAR CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 lg. pkgs. chip beef 8 oz. noodles 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 3 c. milk (I use skim milk) Cook noodles; drain. Add chip beef and grated cheese into a casserole or baking dish that serves 6. Melt butter; add flour, then add milk and stir until thick. Pour this over casserole dish and bake, covered for approximately 45 minutes at 325 degrees. You can put crumbs on and bake another 10 minutes. |
