3 CHEESE 'N BEEF BISCUIT
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil or other oil
1 pkg. (1 oz.) spaghetti seasoning mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. black olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk or country biscuits
Grated Parmesan cheese

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 tbsp. parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef, then drain. Add tomato sauce, oil, spaghetti seasoning mix and amount of water as directed on package. Bring to boil. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder, butter and olives. Simmer 10 minutes.

Separate biscuits into 10 pieces. Pat or roll each one into 4 inch circles. Place filling mixture, evenly divided, on each circle. Fold in half and press edges together to seal.

Pour hot mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
