HAMBURGER AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 c. noodles
1 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream

Cook and drain noodles, add butter. Put 1/2 the noodles in bottom of 9"x13" greased baking dish. Brown hamburger and onions. Stir in tomato sauce. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Pour over noodles. Top with remaining noodles. Pour meat and tomato sauce over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be made and kept in refrigerator 24 hours ahead of time.
