CURRIED BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. flank steak
2 c. thawed broccoli
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
1 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
Chow mein noodles

Slice flank steak across grain into thin strips about 2" long. Blend together, broth, flour, curry powder, and salt; set aside. In frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over high heat; add broccoli and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to pan, add flank steak; cook for 3 minutes. Stir in flour-broth mixture; cook and stir until bubbly. Return vegetables to pan and heat 1 minute more. Serve over noodles. 4 servings.
