BEEF STIR FRY OVER NOODLES 
10 lb. stew meat
2-3 qt. water
2 pkg. broccoli
1 pkg. sliced carrots
1 pkg. French cut green beans
1 can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt free seasoning
1/4 c. beef base
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 c. Kikkoman sauce

Cook stew meat the day before and break up. Add water to meat. Steam vegetables slightly. Combine vegetables and meat. Add seasonings and mushrooms; heat thoroughly. Add cornstarch to thicken slightly. Serve over 1 (32 oz.) bag noodles. 1/2 cup per serving, 3/4 to 1 cup meat vegetables over noodles.
