1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. malt vinegar
1/2 scant c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1/3 med. onion, grated
Juice of 1 lemon

Beat all together. Place in a jar and keep in a cool place. This is good for green salads.
