JIMMY'S TOMATO PIE 
5 lg. tomatoes, sliced
1 (9 inch) pastry shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
6 crackers, crumbled coarsely
3 tsp. butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook pastry shell. Place tomatoes on pastry shell. Mix other ingredients and spread over tomatoes. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
